Delivery will be made approximately 5 to 14 days after payment has been received. All items will be sent to you either by next day Royal Mail Special Delivery or by a similar overseas service. Our delivery charges are as follows:
UK – £5
Ireland & Channel Islands – £9
Europe – £9
Outside Europe – £9
Packages exceeding weight of 5kg may be subject to additional charges.
Your order will be shipped once payment has been received, the address has been verified, and if the merchandise is in stock. If you have ordered an item listed as temporarily out of stock then there may be a short delay in sending the product(s) out.
Non UK/ European Mainland: Average delivery is 10 to 21 days from order confirmation. However, this time may be affected by stock availability and/or customs delays.
You may request special delivery by courier – please enquire for charges.
Please note that all overseas orders must be signed for at the time of delivery.
We do not take responsibility for any import duties implied by your own country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
Your privacy is important to us and we do not share any information about your order with anyone. However, international deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
All items are gift-wrapped in a box. A special note can be sent with wrapping if required.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Can be accepted 10 days after delivery, provided the items are in perfect condition, unworn & all the seals still remain on the product. After the 10 days, a credit note will be offered in exchange for your items. Please send items back ‘Special Delivery’ or by any other recorded method, with a receipt obtained from the Post office, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost during transit. Postage costs will not be refunded on refunded or exchanged items.
In An Unlikely Event of a Fault:
Faulty items will be refunded, exchanged, or replaced as soon as possible. Items not ‘cared-for’ in the correct method will not be considered a fault. Please send items back ‘Special Delivery’ or by any other recorded method, with a receipt obtained from the post office, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost during transit. Postage costs will be fully refunded on Faulty items.
